ADDRESS We ship to the Shipping Address entered by the customer into the Diaper Fabric Direct shopping cart. Addresses in Paypal are sometimes incorrect or outdated and are not used for the shipping label. Entering an accurate shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days (UPS and USPS pick up by 11am on Thursdays and we are closed on Fridays) However, please allow up to 10 business days for order fulfillment, especially on large orders or orders with many different colors of PUL. You will receive an email that your order has shipped. Sometimes email filters block the shipping emails, so check your junk mail folder.
SHIPPING TIME The number of days it will take your order to arrive is a representation by the shipping company; it is not a promise or guarantee on the part of Diaper Fabric Direct. Packages may take longer to arrive than the shipper's estimated arrival date. We purchase the label for your order based on the method you choose and the address you provide. Once we hand the order off to the shipping company, the handling of the package is out of our control. In many years of shipping, there have been a few items that were mis-routed but we have never had a package completely disappear. We will email you with tracking or estimated delivery information.
INSURANCE Shipping is FOB from our location in Fenton, MO. UPS will require signature on delivery. Packages are insured by Diaper Fabric Direct. In the case of loss or damage by the shipping company, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to provide documentation, such as sending photos of damage, in order to verify loss. We may also require the customer to return the damaged goods. Package insurance requires a waiting period of 30-48 days before you may make a claim on your shipment.
