Production Schedule Eco-PUL Prints
2018 Diaper Fabric Direct Production Schedule for Special Order Eco-PUL™
We manufacture Eco-PUL™ on a rolling basis throughout the year. Normal production time is 8 - 10 weeks between start of production, final processing and shipping the finished product. This 8 - 10 week production timeline is based on Diaper Fabric Directs production schedule for 2018. All Special Order Prints must be paid in full prior to being added to our production run. All production runs are estimated dates and subject to change. Our next Special Order Production closes on October 10th (all orders and payments made by this day) and will be ready approximately 8-10 weeks later.
Please note the production completion dates listed below. Holiday Shutdowns happen 2x a year which can delay the fabric. These are estimated dates and do not include the time it takes to package your fabric, billing for shipping/fabric overages and actual time it takes to travel to your location once your fabric has shipped (International may take additional time). You will receive an email from DFD if you owe for shipping/fabric overages once your fabric is completed. When your fabric has shipped, tracking information will be sent through email. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about this process.
September 2018 Production - Closed on September 14th - Scheduled to start production on September 18th. Fabric completed approximately week of November 19th.
October 2018 Production - Will close on October 10th - Scheduled to start production on October 16th. Fabric completed approximately week of December 3rd.
CUSTOM PUL Fabric - For information on how to create your own Custom PUL see this article for details. Custom PUL is not on the same production schedule as above mentioned Special Order prints. The initial Custom Design process can take 2-3 months. Customers will submit artwork for approval, be billed for approved strike-off; The (unlaminated) strike-off then takes about 2-3 weeks to be produced and then shipped for customer approval. Once approved by the customer, we can then put your order in on our next production run. Please note* International Customers need to allow more time for shipping strike-offs and shipping the final product.
